Reflecting Waters Inc. is a faith-based organization with the mission of creating a compassionate environment where chemically addicted individuals can rebuild their lives. The formation of Reflecting Waters Inc. is the direct result of Ruth Milgate's vision for the community of Evansville, IN and the surrounding areas. After Ruth, a retired UMC pastor, returned from a year long volunteer duty as an innkeeper for The Samaritan Inn's program in Washington, D.C. her vision to create just such a program in the community where she lives had to become a Reality!

Ruth's House (named for both the Ruth of the Bible as well as for Ruth Milgate) is the first initiative of the non-profit organization and its goal is to assist women in reclaiming their lives. The home will provide transitional housing for drug and/or alcohol addicted, homeless women who are willing to meet the difficult challenges of recovery.
